My care was overseen by Mrs Menez Kermali who assisted me to find the correct medication for my ADHD. Having ADHD being diagnosed as an adult was extremely overwhelming and I found this service to be quick, efficient and helpful. I tried a couple different medications before finding one that worked best for me. Luckily I had a wonderful prescriber (Mrs Kermali) who listened to my concerns during the process and monitored my health throughout. She was patient with me as well as understanding which I appreciated so much.

I felt listened to, understood, and treated with respect as they met my needs quickly and effectively. I'm unsure of what I can say about improvements, as whenever there was something I didn't understand or a miscommunication, it was easy to clear up without any problems.

I honestly had a great experience with this service, they was very understanding of my medical cannabis prescription and working with me to find suitable medication to compliment that, that also matched my values and intentions/preferences. I felt I could be honest and open with mental health professionals without any perceived barriers for the first time in my life very happy thank you
